Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and industry events

Manage and expand a book of business within an assigned territory

Travel throughout the local metro area to engage with customers and identify opportunities

Build relationships with existing clients to uncover new logistics and transportation needs

Achieve and exceed sales and revenue goals

Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth account implementation and service delivery

Represent the company at industry organizations and events such as local logistics, freight, and trucking associations

Partner with internal teams to resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or freight sales preferred

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet applications, and CRM systems

Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and organized

Familiarity with the Twin Cities’ industrial and commercial areas

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
