Description
ProLogistix is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team located in USA Parkway, Nevada. The Inventory Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, performing regular audits, and supporting warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory integrity and supporting supply chain and production flow.
*These are 12-hour shifts*
Shift Schedule: AM Shift: 2:30AM-3:00PM | Compensation: $24.00 per hour
Group A: Sunday through Tuesday, rotating Wednesdays | Group B: Thursday through Saturday, rotating Wednesdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, track and record all incoming and outgoing inventory in the warehouse.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records, shipments, or products labeling.
- Generate and maintain inventory reports for management and operations team.
- Assist with inbound and outbound verification processes to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure materials are properly labeled, stored and documented.
- Support audits and compliance reviews as required.
- Maintain organized and accurate files of inventory documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.

Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of inventory control or warehouse inventory experience.
- Strong understanding of inventory tracking and cycle count procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with multiple departments.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. and perform moderate physical activity as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing distribution, or logistics environment.
- Familiarity with barcode scanning, labeling systems, and inventory software tools.
- Knowledge of inventory and warehouse best practices.
