IMMEDIATE OPENING in Irving, Texas! Near North Side of DFW Airport

Warehouse Administration Associate for ProLogistix of Lewisville

Day Shift Hours working Monday to Friday

Schedule: 

• Shift Monday-Friday 
• 8:00AM – 4:30PM

Experience Required:

• General administrative responsibilities include preparation of reports/presentations using various software packages and databases
• Duties will include determining methods and procedures used to accomplish tasks.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, adheres to quality standards, and effective use of staff.
• Oversees inbound flow, inventory control, and outbound flow activities. 
• Tracks operational efficiency and ensures work completion in an operational area.
• Compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects. Performs audits of various types
• Individuals at this level may still perform office functions outlined in the first two levels but these are not the primary focus of the position
• Individuals may deal with confidential material on a regular basis

Must: 

• Have Strong Microsoft Excel Experience
• Pass Background Check
• Have a Diploma/GED
• Have a U.S. Issued Birth Certificate/Passport PLUS State ID or Driver License. 
• Provide a Resume with detailed description of experience/skills utilized in previous employment.
