Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Warehouse
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary contact for customers and plays a key role in ensuring satisfaction and smooth warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving and processing customer orders, maintaining communication between departments, and ensuring all customer needs are handled accurately and efficiently. The CSR must demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy and quality in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction with quality standards.

Receive and process customer orders via fax, email, EDI, or phone calls.

Verify data accuracy and completeness before entering into the system.

Communicate inventory levels, shipping dates, delays, and order status to customers promptly.

Generate all necessary paperwork and ensure proper inventory posting for customer work orders.

Coordinate with warehouse and carrier personnel to trace or expedite missing or delayed shipments.

Compile and maintain accurate reports for management.

Investigate and assist with overdue, damaged, or short shipments.

Handle customer complaints and service concerns professionally and efficiently.

Provide back-up support for customer accounts outside of primary assignments.

Act as liaison between warehouse operations and customers to ensure accurate order administration.

Notify management of any requested changes from customers related to shipping or handling.

Perform general clerical duties, including phone support, data entry, filing, and greeting visitors.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
