?? Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and skilled operators to handle stand-up forklifts, cherry pickers, and stand-up reach trucks in a busy warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will efficiently move, stack, and organize merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to operate equipment safely, and a commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

?? Responsibilities:

• Move and stack Tier Racks

• Operate mechanized material handling equipment to move merchandise and materials

• Stock and retrieve merchandise stored above floor level

• Unpack, count, and record merchandise received

• Load, unload, and manage merchandise from distribution centers, stockrooms, and vendors

• Post and log data into inventory systems

• Follow Detail Check procedures for Express Check, S2M4, and Bulk

• Perform other related tasks as assigned

• Cross-train across multiple warehouse functions

? Schedule:

• Sunday to Thursday: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM

• Friday & Saturday: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM

• Must be available to work all 7 days

? Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Familiarity with merchandise handling equipment and inventory systems

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Cooperative, conscientious, and team-oriented

• Ability to pass a background check

• Equipment operator license (with Prologistix)

• Six months of power equipment experience preferred

• Ability to pass eye test ???

• Ability to stand, lift, and handle various sizes and weights of cartons ??

• Ability to follow SOP instructions

• Reading comprehension and basic arithmetic skills

• Ability to multi-task without losing speed or accuracy

• Ability to learn computer processing systems ??

• Ability to resolve identified discrepancies

• Maintain minimum accuracy, production, and attendance standards

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
