A great 3PL Cold Storage warehouse distributor located in central Phoenix is hiring experienced Forklift Operators – Standup Dock Loader & Standup Reach. 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 4:00PM-2:30AM. A Cold Storage Forklift Operator job involves safely operating forklifts in a refrigerated environment to move, store, and retrieve goods, ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining a safe working space. Key Responsibilities: Operating Forklifts: Safely operate forklifts (stand-up dock loader standup reach) to pull orders, unload, load trailers, move pallets, crates, and other materials within the cold storage facility. Loading and Unloading: Load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring proper stacking and securing of goods. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving, storing, and retrieving goods, and maintaining accurate records. Safe Work Practices: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including those related to working in cold storage environments

Steel toe or composite toe shoes are required. Ability to work in refrigerator temperature environment.
