Pay rate is $21.25 an hour
Flexibility will be CRITICAL upon go-live as Training schedule will begin as 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday with OT and weekends as needed for the first 1-2 months. After training and site testing the schedule will be working Sunday to Thursday 5am to 1:30pm.
What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
- Monitor progress of delivery routes
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

CSR Job Qualifications
- 12 or more months with recent and related experience, preferably within a call center environment
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues and problem solve
- Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
- Ability to look up information and provide account details or verification of information
- Able to use dual monitors and can toggle between windows, tabs and screens
- Ability to talk and type at same time
- Familiar with headsets and auto-dialer use
- High School Diploma or GED
- Qualified candidates will provide up to date resume
