Pay Rate: $17–$18 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Reach Truck and Sit-Down Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in Henrico. The ideal candidate will have prior experience operating reach trucks and forklifts to handle materials efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate reach truck and/or sit-down forklift to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
Pick, stage, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently.
Perform daily equipment inspections and promptly report maintenance issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Adhere to all safety standards, company policies, and warehouse procedures.

Qualifications for Reach Truck and Sit Down Forklift

Proven experience operating a reach truck and/or sit-down forklift.
Current forklift certification (preferred).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
