Job Opening: Operations Support Associate

ProLogistix is currently hiring Forklift Operators for our Logistics client in the Summerville area. We are seeking a reliable  and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and store inventory in an efficient and organized manner. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a warehouse setting and is committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. 

Pay:  $18.00 – $19.00 /hr (Unlimited referral bonuses!)

1st Shift:  8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday

Job Duties as a Forklift Operator for ProLogistix:

• Operate forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Assist with unloading containers by hand, palletizing products, and loading into warehouse racks or trucks. 
• Place and retrieve inventory in designated storage areas
• Work in a fast-paced team environment
• keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Accurate record keeping and inventory documentation
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other department

Job Requirements for Sit-Down Forklift Operators:

• Minimum of three months experience on Sit-down in the past year
• Knowledge of proper forklift operation and safety rules
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Attention to details
• Experience on Forklift and prior certification is required (you must pass a forklift test)
• Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse
