Dispatcher – Warehouse Operations
Location: Romulus, MI
Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay: $20.00 per hour

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable managing multiple priorities while keeping our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and manage inbound calls from drivers, vendors, and team members
Make outbound calls to coordinate deliveries, pickups, and schedules
Monitor and track drivers and teams on the road to ensure on-time performance
Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, and communications
Communicate with warehouse and field staff to address any changes or issues
Provide clear, professional updates and problem-solving support throughout the day

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in dispatching, logistics, or warehouse operations
Excellent phone and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
Familiarity with tracking systems or dispatch software is a plus
Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of accountability
