Hiring A Logistics CSR, or Customer Service Representative, to hand inquiries and resolving issues across various channels like phone, email, and chat. Key responsibilities include providing product/service information, processing orders and payments, handling complaints, and maintaining accurate customer records to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Examples of specific task and skills for this role: 1. Call vendors to perform work (electrician, plumber, HVAC, etc) 2. Walk with vendors when they’re here doing work 3. Work with our KY IT person to set up printers, RF guns, etc 4. Create and print daily list of all temporary employees for Security 5. Accept small parcel deliveries from Amazon, etc 6. Go to mailbox weekly 7. Possibly assist with inbound truck scheduling via email 8. Possibly assist with ongoing filing of inbound truck paperwork
