Our client in University Park is seeking a self-motivated and reliable Dedicated Case Picker with recent 6-months stand up experience. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced logistics environment focused on teamwork, safety, and quality performance.

Position Overview

The Dedicated Case Picker is responsible for manually case picking orders and operating material handling equipment to move products from storage to dock areas within a Distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform manual case picking and operate a reach truck and other forklifts as needed.
Complete order fulfillment accurately and efficiently.
Visually inspect pallets for correct product, damage, and quantity.
Meet or exceed forklift performance standards.
Follow all company Best Practices and safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Support Lean Logistics Center continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in required training programs and apply learned practices.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Stand up forklift experience required .
Proven ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
Experience working with RF systems preferred.
Basic math and reading skills to complete paperwork and inventory tasks.
Ability to lift and move cases weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
