In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking drivers, handling data entry, and ensuring excellent customer service. Trace and monitor shipments, resolving any issues that arise.

Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.

Assist with reporting, documentation, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:

Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation coordination.

Strong data entry and computer skills; able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
