Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year recent maintenance and janitorial experience 
• Bilingual A PLUS 
• A strong eye fro cleanliness and presentation 
• The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time throughout the day 
• The ability to handle unexpected cleaning or maintenance issues as they arise
• Communication skills: A professional demeanor and the ability to report maintenance issues
• The ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Physical strength: Necessary for tasks like carrying supplies and emptying trash bins
• The ability to work outside in the yard, and the heat and cold weather

Facility Porter

Job Responsibilities:

• Porter will work to maintain the upkeep of the facility.
• Event support: Assisting with setting up and cleaning up after meetings or events
• Ensure the facility is clean, inside and outside/ yard ground always.
• Porter will re-stock office fax rooms and break rooms with paper or/and coffee supplies. Porter will complete daily walk-through with supervisors and safety team.
• Porter will handle trash duties, sweep and use industrial cleaning equipment such as a Zamboni and sit-down forklift to move trash dumpsters.
• This position will require a lot of walking and standing, heavy Lifting and carrying:
• The ability to lift or carry items of a certain weight, such as 25, and 50lbs Climbing, bending and kneeing.
• The Porter must be a self-motivated individual and be able to complete assigned tasks with little or no supervision. The Porter may be asked to assist on-site maintenance with make-ready operations, occupied maintenance or special projects.
