Job Opening: Operations Clerk – 1st Shift

ProLogistix is looking for motivated and experienced Customer service/Shipping Clerks in Ontario !

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM

Pay: $20.50

Job Duties:

• Warehouse/Shipping Clerk experience

•Customer service

• Word/Excel a must

• Data entry

• Answer phone calls

• Copying and Filing documents (use a scanner/printer )

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. 

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic Math

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues • Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

Competencies (Skills & Knowledge You’ll Bring)
• 2+ years of administrative experience in a busy warehouse office environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to react appropriately in stressful
situations and deal with difficult customer or vendor situations diplomatically.
• Able to switch tasks throughout the day, prioritize and manage repetitive tasks in a fast-paced
environment.
• Communicates information and ideas clearly and articulately both in oral and written form. Uses
appropriate language, style and methods depending on audience and the purpose of
communication.
• Achieves results in a quality, timely, and cost-effective way. Sees priorities, plans the efficient
use of resources, and monitors progress against objectives.
• Responds positively to change and adapted to new situations quickly. Able to take on a diverse
range of tasks equally effectively.
• Experience using various technology platforms to drive effective decisions.
