Are you detail-oriented and passionate about quality? ResourceMFG is looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team and help ensure products meet top customer standards.

Pay $21.50/ hour

Shift: 2pm-10:30pm Mon-Fri 

Quality Inspector Job Responsibilities 

• Inspect products during and after production to ensure they meet customer specifications.
• Use tools like calipers, pin gauges, and optical comparators to perform measurements.
• Communicate with production teams to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
• Support mold and color changeovers to ensure correct product runs.
• Identify and isolate non-conforming products and complete necessary reports.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools.
• Good attendance and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible schedule; willing to work overtime.
• Previous inspection experience preferred (training provided).
• Physically able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities.
