Job Opening: Customer Service
Description
As a Customer Service Representative for large retail credit services you will:
- Assist customers and employees with furniture purchase financing and other financially related duties.
- Issue refunds on purchases, processing of payments, assisting with gift cards, and assisting in administration of financing for our customers.
Other duties include.
- Answers incoming phone calls from store personnel and consumers concerning processing refunds, third party financing, and credit card processing.
- Processes incoming incidents received in response to requests from other stores.
- Assists store personnel and customers with issues that may arise from a gift card purchase.
- Handles the approval process for refunds from purchases regardless of financing selection.
- Maintains customer confidentiality.
- 40 hours per week, working hours are either 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Work two Saturdays per month. When scheduled to work on a Saturday (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM), they will receive a weekday off during that same week. For example, your weekly schedule may be Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, depending on your Saturday shift.
$18.00 per hour.
