Shift/Pay:
- 3rd shift: 10pm – 6am, $25
Senior Machine Operator Job Description:
- Set up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve process and quality issues independently
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with company safety standards
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and production teams to improve efficiency and resolve operational challenges
- Follow and enhance standards operating procedures
- Mentor and train junior operators, providing technical guidance and knowledge-sharing without direct supervisory responsibilities
- Maintain accurate documentation of production, quality, and maintenance activities
Senior Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Requires minimum of 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience in machine operation
- Requires proficiency in operating and troubleshooting complex machinery; technical training or certification is a plus
- Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills
- 3+ years at previous employer is required
- Proven record of consistent, high quality production
- Team-oriented with ability to mentor and guide others
- High school diploma or FED required
