Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $22–$23/hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled Lead Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations at our 2300 facility. This role works closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and a small 3-person team to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate handling of materials.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Crown Stand-Up and Sit-Down Electric Forklifts safely and efficiently

• Handle bagged product with care to prevent damage

• Use RF Scan Gun for inventory tracking and product movement

• Lead and assist the warehouse team in daily tasks and priorities

• Support the Warehouse Supervisor with workflow coordination and task delegation

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead in a warehouse or logistics environment

• Skilled in both Crown Stand-Up and Sit-Down Electric Forklifts

• Recent leadership experience required

• RF Scan Gun experience required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle fragile material
