Job Summary:

Our client, a leading cannabis manufacturer, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure product quality, and drive efficiency across production lines 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production—from raw materials to packaging—while ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Lead, train, and develop production staff to maintain performance, safety, and quality standards.

• Monitor equipment and labor resources to keep production optimized and on schedule.

• Collaborate with cultivation and sales teams on inventory, menu management, and restock planning.

• Identify process improvements and implement cost-saving, efficiency-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of production/manufacturing experience, including team leadership.

• Experience in cannabis, food, or pharmaceutical production preferred.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Must be 21+ and able to pass state-required background screening.
