Inbound Lead
Location: West Chester, Ohio
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity through Employbridge

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Inbound Lead to support our client’s warehouse operations in West Chester, OH. The ideal candidate will take ownership of daily inbound coordination, team training, and floor leadership while ensuring safety and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with leadership on the daily inbound schedule to maintain workflow efficiency
• Train new associates following established SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and Work Instructions (WI’s)
• Monitor and coach associate performance to ensure productivity and accuracy
• Identify and report safety concerns to leadership immediately
• Foster strong communication and engagement with all team members
• Demonstrate understanding of inbound processes including receiving, put-away, DIMs, and other related functions

Qualifications:
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Previous warehouse experience required
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Leadership qualities and ability to guide others on the floor
