Job Title: Office Assistant – Wholesale Operations
Location: Valencia, CA
Schedule: Part-Time- Monday thru Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Compensation: $20.00/hr.
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Office Assistant with at least 1 year of wholesale experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with excellent phone etiquette and strong customer service skills. This role involves processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and supporting daily office operations, including working with Shopify.
Responsibilities:
- Process wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism
- Manage email communications and follow up with clients as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize Shopify for order tracking, updates, and inventory coordination
- Maintain organized records and assist with general office tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a wholesale or office support role
- Proficient in computer applications and online platforms (Shopify experience preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
