ProLogistix is hiring for Warehouse Customer Service Administrators in Hagerstown, MD!
We’re looking for Warehouse Customer Service Administrators to support a premier client. These are warehouse opportunities that require prior customer service experience working in a warehouse (non-call center customer service).
Currently Hiring for 2nd Shift! Schedule is 3:00pm-11:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Pay: $23.50/hour to start + Overtime and unlimited referral bonuses
Great opportunity to earn extra money with possible daily overtime and Saturday overtime!
Job Duties as a Warehouse Customer Service Administrator:
- Coordinate workload allocation among warehouse workers, material handlers and drivers
- Prepare work orders; troubleshoot orders and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Assign and release orders sent for loading and unloading
- Allocate and research inventory for orders
- Enter data for inbound and/or outbound freight into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and create bills of lading (BOLs)
- Maintain and generate required reports
- Process, audit and file various documentation

Warehouse Customer Service Administrators wanted for hire in Hagerstown, MD!
Requirements to work as Customer Service Administrator with our premier client in Hagerstown, MD:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively with carriers, customers, employees and management
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work a flexible schedule when needed
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 6 months of experience in a warehouse setting
