Maintenance Administrator needed in Baytown, TX!
This role plays a key part in ensuring our equipment runs efficiently by managing spare parts inventory, maintaining accurate records, and assisting the maintenance department with daily administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and track spare parts inventory including usage, replenishment, and cycle counts
- Update and organize maintenance records and documentation
- Support the maintenance team with work orders, reporting, and vendor coordination
- Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) for data entry, analysis, and presentations
- Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Occasionally inspect inventory areas and assist with parts identification or verification
Schedule: Monday-Friday (occasional or mandatory weekends)
6:00 a.m. – 4:30p.m.
- Proven experience in inventory management or maintenance administration
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a dynamic setting
- Basic technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, electronic, or pneumatic systems is a plus
