Job Opening: Administrative Assistant
Description
We are hiring an Administrative Assistant in Mission, TX!
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm
Starting pay: $15 per hour
Weekly pay!
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to management and department heads (Customer Service, Accounting, Logistics, and Production).
- Process customer purchase orders and maintain order accuracy within QuickBooks.
- Assist with accounts receivable: issue invoices, follow up on outstanding balances, and support
collection activities. - Maintain and update production and inventory reports using Excel.
- Support interdepartmental coordination between sales, production, and logistics to ensure smooth job
execution. - Assist with financial reporting, cost tracking, and supplier follow-up as directed by management.
- Perform data entry and reconciliation tasks with attention to accounting accuracy.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of office processes, forms, and communication workflows.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years working in an administrative, customer service, or accounting capacity.
- Understanding of invoices, credit memos, AR/AP, and cost tracking principles.
- Ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal skills in English (Spanish a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and digital collaboration tools.
- Works well cross-functionally and contributes positively to team culture.
