Job Title: Reach Truck Operator
Location: Wyandotte, MI
Pay Rate:

• $20 per hour (nights)

Schedules Available:

• Shift: 6:00pm to 6:00am. Wk 1: Mo/Th/Fr. Week 2: Tu/We/Sa/Su, then repeat. Training will occur on day shift (2 weeks max)

Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Reach Truck Operators to join our warehouse team. You’ll operate powered industrial trucks, handle inventory with handheld scanners, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate reach trucks, lift trucks, and order pickers

• Scan, label, and track inventory using handheld scanners

• Load and unload trailers

• Perform inbound receiving tasks

• Maintain a clean, organized work area (7S standards)

• Follow all quality and process procedures

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ year of reach truck experience

• Current certification to operate powered industrial trucks

• Experience with handheld scanners/labeling systems

• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently (occasionally 75+ lbs.)

• Perform repetitive movements (bending, stooping, twisting, pushing, pulling)

• Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods

• Work in varying temperature environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Good communication with team members and supervisors

• High school diploma or equivalent
