Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire (Immediate Openings – 2 Positions Available)
Location: Maple Grove, MN

Job Summary

We are seeking two reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operators / Warehouse Associates to join our team in Maple Grove, Minnesota. One role will support Fulfillment and the other Shipping & Receiving.

This is a great opportunity to get started quickly — we’re looking to have both positions started and trained before the week of Thanksgiving, as our production volumes will be ramping up.

The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience operating a sit-down forklift, strong attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a sit-down forklift

• Label, stage, and document inventory accurately

• Prepare and wrap pallets for shipment

• Load and unload trailers

• Support order fulfillment and shipping/receiving operations

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience operating a sit-down forklift

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Previous warehouse experience required

• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred
