Job Opening: Warehouse Lead

ProLogistix is seeking a dependable and experienced Lead Warehouse Associate with Reach Truck experience to join our client’s team in Las Vegas, NV.  The Lead Warehouse Associate will also be cross trained in all departments, performing a variety of warehouse functions such as picking, shipping, reach truck operation, and unloading containers or trucks as needed.

Schedule: Monday – Friday| 7:00AM-3:30PM | Compensation: $21/hr

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate a Reach Truck safely and efficiently for material handling and storage.
• Lead by example and help coordinate daily warehouse tasks and priorities.
• Perform picking, packing, and shipping functions accurately and efficiently.
• Unload containers and trucks using proper equipment and safety procedures.
• Support cross-training initiatives and perform duties across multiple departments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and documentation through proper labeling and system updates.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet operational goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, including Reach Truck operation (certification preferred).
• Prior experience in a lead or senior warehouse role strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to perform multiple warehouse functions as needed.
