In this CSR/Customer Service position you will be contacting patients and medical providers to obtain information pertaining to prescriptions being processed for shipping.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow safety guidelines
- Use computers to enter information
- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls
- Attention to detail when entering patient information
- Consistently meet productivity standards

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months recent experience in a customer service role
- Experience using computer software
- Experienced entering information into different software
- Experienced placing out bound calls and answering in bound calls
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Attention to details
- Experience working in a customer service role or department required
- Willing to wear steel toe shoes
