Job Title: Stand-Up Forklift / Reach Truck Operator (2nd Shift)

Location: University Park, IL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Stand-Up Reach Truck / Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our 2nd shift warehouse team. This position requires someone who can operate Crown stand-up equipment safely and efficiently while performing a wide range of warehouse and material handling functions. Successful candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and adaptable to shifting priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate Crown stand-up reach trucks or Crown stand-up forklifts for loading, unloading, put-away, replenishment, and picking tasks.
Perform case picking and full pallet picking as needed.
Execute a variety of warehouse and material handling duties; must be flexible and able to switch tasks quickly based on operational needs.
Maintain strong attendance, punctuality, and professionalism.
Follow all safety procedures—safety is the top priority at all times.
Support warehouse organization, productivity, and workflow as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience operating stand-up reach trucks and/or stand-up forklifts (Crown experience preferred).
Proven reliability, dependability, and excellent attendance.
Ability to adapt to changing tasks and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
Commitment to safety and adherence to all warehouse protocols.
