Location: Mechanicsville, VA
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
Pay: $16.00/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual looking to start a long-term career in rebar fabrication. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, willing to do manual labor, and committed to consistent attendance.
Job Responsibilities

Assist in rebar fabrication and related manual labor tasks

Use and read a tape measure accurately

Follow safety procedures and understand the importance of PPE

Work in a non–climate-controlled environment and tolerate outdoor elements

Support daily production needs with a positive, coachable attitude
Preferred Experience

Construction experience preferred but not required

Previous experience with hand tools is a plus

Strong work ethic and willingness to develop new skills
