Warehouse Lead – Anthony, NM

Pay: $15.00 per hour | 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM | Weekly Pay

Are you an experienced leader ready to take charge in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We’re looking for a Warehouse Lead to join our team in Anthony, NM. If you have at least one year of lead experience and know how to keep operations running smoothly, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

Direct and supervise warehouse forklift operators to maintain productivity and efficiency.
Operate powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and move them to and from storage areas, machines, loading docks, and trucks.
Monitor dock areas and other assigned locations to ensure smooth workflow.
Resolve issues on the warehouse floor quickly and effectively.
Manage order flow to meet daily production requirements.
Assist in overseeing and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Minimum 1 year of lead experience in a warehouse environment.
Ability to operate powered industrial trucks and forklifts safely.

Reliable and able to work 2nd shift (4:00 PM – 12:30 AM).

•Loading and unloading goods from trucks

•Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility

•Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions

•Checking loads are secure

•Stacking empty pallets

•Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment
