Production Technician – 2nd Shift
Location: East Mesa (near Greenfield & McKellips/Brown)  
Pay: $19.00/hour  
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM (4-day workweek)

Join our team as a Production Technician and play a key role in manufacturing high-quality products. You’ll operate production equipment, perform manual tasks, and ensure smooth, efficient processes—all while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

What You’ll Do:
*Operate production equipment following established recipes and specifications.
*Perform manual tasks requiring precision and dexterity.
*Handle changeovers, cleaning, and equipment setup.
*Troubleshoot issues and take corrective action to keep production running.
*Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
*Read and interpret gauges, dials, and controller settings.
*Use forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided).
*Perform manual material handling and heavy lifting.

What We’re Looking For:
*High school diploma or equivalent.
*At least 1 year of manufacturing experience (textile/composites or military technical training is a plus).
*Knowledge of safety procedures and standard operating practices.
*Strong problem-solving and math skills.
*Ability to organize tasks and follow instructions accurately.
*Basic computer skills (Word and Access).
*Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
