Job Opening: Picker – Packer 1st & 2nd PEAK

Employbridge is seeking Picker & Packer, to join the warehouse team in West Chester, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling and packing inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in warehouse operations.

Pay and Shifts

• Pay Rate: Starts at $17.50 per hour

• Shifts Available: 

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 – 4:30 PM PEAK HOURS

  • 2nd Shift:5:00 PM – 3:30AM PEAK HOURS

    PEAK Hours Saturdays & Sundays REQUIRED

Job Duties

• Manage pick ticket orders and pull items from warehouse shelves

• Ensure orders are accurate and properly staged for delivery

• Pack products, shrink wrap pallets, and load trucks for shipment

• Operate RF scanners to track and manage inventory

• Assist with stock replenishment and product storage as needed

• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards

• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Experience with RF scanners a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

• Ability to stay on feet for long periods of time, including walking and climbing steps

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Positive attitude, reliable attendance, and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to work up to 10 hours a day
