8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year relevant Logistics experience
• Minimum 1 year relevant dispatching experience 
• Attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines 
• Able to multi-task
• Ability to identify problems and provide resolution 
• Provide exceptional customer service

Job Responsibilities

• Primarily dispatching truckers to pickup cargo from the shippers
• Exceptional customer service
• Communication – clear and consistent communication with internal and external team 
• Microsoft Excel, and Outlook 
• Plan and coordinate freight pick -ups
• Manage and update shipment status 
• Compliance and record keeping and filling clearances shipments 
• Type 45 WPM 
• Adhere to the company’s cultural attributes: Appearance, Attitude, Confidence, Curiosity, Excellence, Integrity, Pride, Resolute, Sense of Humor, and Visionary.
