MOONACHIE, NJ location looking for a WAREHOUSE TEAM LEAD!
Shift: Monday-Friday
8AM-4:30PM
Pay Rate: $22/hour
TEMP-PERM POSITION
Job Description
- Accountable for handling and processing entire warehouse inventory during assigned shift.
- Assign tasks to warehouse personnel and supervise finished goods receiving and shipping.
- Ensure proper labeling and tagging of all goods and materials.
- Oversee loading/unloading of freight and products; maintain accurate documentation and legal compliance.
- Supervise warehouse staff and validate received materials against invoices.
- Complete paperwork related to goods handling and transportation schedules.
- Conduct Forklift and Trailer inspections per company requirements.
- Maintain NO DAMAGED PRODUCT tolerance and report any product damage.
- Ensure warehouse equipment is clean and operational; maintain forklift safety records.
- Use SAP and other applications for inventory and shipment documentation.
- Assist manager in reviewing sales orders and maintaining inventory levels.
- Help with picking and delivering samples or test products as needed.
Skills/Experience
- Must read, write, and speak English.
- Valid Forklift license or certification required.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills; ability to manage time and meet targets.
- Analytical and operational skills; adaptable to fast-paced work environment.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with handheld scanners preferred.
- Good physical health; ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally.
