Job Opening: CSR
Description
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our client’s team in Reno. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to grow, as the selected associate will eventually support and learn Inside Sales in addition to core CSR responsibilities.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM| Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process customer orders, returns, and inquiries accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory checks, product availability, and order status updates
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Prepare quotes, invoices, and other customer documents
- Support inside sales functions, including learning product lines, preparing sales documentation, and assisting with customer accounts
- Perform general office and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
- Willingness to learn Inside Sales processes
