Claims Analyst
Pay Rate: $25.50/hour
Contract: 12 months (possible extension or conversion)
Schedule: On-site, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PST (OT may be required)
Location: Chino, CA
We’re looking for a Claims Analyst to join our clients team. This is a hands-on role on the floor, supporting investigations, resolving complaints, and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve claims: Review customer complaints, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution.

Escalation management: Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate entity and track progress until closure.

Data analysis: Use Excel and other tools to analyze claim trends, identify recurring issues, and recommend corrective actions.

Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (quality, logistics, engineering) to contain, correct, and prevent customer-impacting problems.

Process improvement: Work closely with continuous improvement engineers to update dashboards, track KPIs, and support ongoing projects.

Customer advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring feedback is shared with management and incorporated into improvement plans.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of claims, updates, and resolutions to support compliance and reporting requirements.

Operational support: Assist with staging, reporting, and other floor-level tasks that contribute to overall efficiency.

Qualifications

Strong Excel skills and root cause analysis experience.

2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Self-starter, motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.

MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint).
