Job Opening: General Labor

The General Labor Associate is responsible for supporting production, assembly, and warehouse operations by performing a variety of manual labor tasks. This role ensures materials, components, and products move efficiently through the facility while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Shift: Monday-Friday (occasional/mandatory OT on Saturday’s)

7:00a.m.-4p.m. (hours may fluctuate with production and season)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general manufacturing and warehouse duties as assigned.
• Load, unload, and move materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility.
• Assist with assembly, packaging, labeling, and preparing fitness equipment or components.
• Operate basic tools, equipment, or machines (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Support shipping/receiving activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous general labor, warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
