Location: San Jose, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Possible Overtime)
Pay Rate: $22/hour

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. This position involves operating machinery for short-cycle production, ensuring quality standards, and supporting material handling with forklifts.
Responsibilities
- Process and close manufacturing orders accurately.
- Verify lot and order numbers, sizes, and specifications.
- Operate short-cycle machines for quantity production of identical units.
- Monitor production quality; perform inspections and verification.
- Maintain equipment performance and request repairs when needed.
- Keep a safe and clean work environment.
- Complete transactions for each manufacturing order or job.
- Label materials correctly and meet customer specifications.
- Operate forklifts to move finished products.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.

- Previous machine operation
- forklift experience preferred
- Knowledge of machinery and/or tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
- Excellent teamwork and positive attitude.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
- Oracle experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions in English
