ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
*Responds to client orders, service requests, invoice questions, and general inquiries.
*Investigates and resolves issues related to orders, delivery dates, billing, or service discrepancies.
*Manages client complaints by determining the root cause, identifying and explaining appropriate solutions, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure successful resolution.
*Maintains accurate documentation of client interactions and resolutions in company systems.
