Position: Working Lead
Shift: 2nd Shift – Tuesday–Saturday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
Pay Rate: $22.50/hour

Job Summary

The Working Lead is responsible for leading a team while actively performing day-to-day operational tasks. This role ensures productivity, quality, and safety standards are met while providing hands-on leadership and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform job duties alongside team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals

• Ensure tasks are completed in accordance with procedures, standards, and deadlines

• Assign daily tasks and prioritize workloads based on operational needs

• Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and technical support to team members

• Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and operational condition

• Report operational issues and escalate concerns as needed

• Assist with training, on-boarding, and cross-training of new employees

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to lead while remaining hands-on

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Basic computer or system knowledge as required by the role

Preferred Skills:

• Prior lead, senior, or supervisory experience

• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
