Job Opening: Line Lead 3rd shift

Directs, leads and monitors production line staff to ensure quality of product meets expectations. – Communicates constantly with packaging operators regarding work orders requirements, operational issues, and productivity. – Oversees all changeovers to ensure they are performed in a safe and efficient manner. -Ensures all productivity of the label machine and changes out labels as needed. – Identifies operational concerns and communicates with production supervisor and maintenance technicians. – Continuously checks product to ensure specified requirements are met and pulls damaged product from the line. – Completes production kits and required paperwork in a timely manner. – Analyzes and resolves production line issues, or assists line workers in solving issues. – Communicates with forklift operator regarding replenishment needs. – Ensures a clean and safe work environment. Requirements: – High school diploma or equivalent. – Prior experience working on a product line in a fast-paced environment. – Good leadership skills and ability to prioritize projects. – Attention to detail and quality control. – Ability to understand, enforce and follow company policies and procedures. – Ability to stand for intended periods of time. – Good prior attendance and punctuality record.
