ResourceMFG is looking for Cherry Picker/Forklift Order Picker 

Schedule Monday – Friday 2:00pm- 10:30pm

Job Summary
Previous experience in a warehouse environment or with RF equipment is preferred but not required. All candidates must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately load and unload freight

• Stage and store products in designated warehouse locations

• Inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and damage; document issues on Bills of Lading (BOL)

• Assist with managing warehouse space and organization

• Perform cycle counts as needed

• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment

• Pull products and load vehicles for customer pickups

• Process UPS, FedEx, and common carrier shipments

• Follow all department policies and procedures to maintain operational standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven warehouse experience

• Forklift certification preferred

• Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet

• Hazmat training (provided)

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work extended hours and some Saturdays during the busy season (January–July)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• U.S. work authorization (required)

• Warehouse/distribution experience: 2 years (preferred)

• English proficiency (preferred)

• Forklift certification (preferred)
