Job Title: Picking & Packing Associate – Clothing (2nd Shift)

Location: Groveport, OH
Shift: 1st Shift | 3:30pm-11:30pm | Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Overtime: Available on weekends

Job Description:
We are hiring Picking & Packing Associates to support a startup operation handling clothing orders. This is very light, easy work in a manual environment—perfect for someone who enjoys staying active without heavy lifting.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack clothing items using paper pick tickets

• Pull items from cubby-style storage (no racking involved)

• Prepare subscription box orders accurately and efficiently

• Maintain an organized and clean work area

• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed during startup phase

Work Environment:

• Startup operation with manual processes

• No systems or network use at this time

• Light-duty work; clothing items only
