QC Inspector

The QC Inspector is responsible for inspecting and testing computer components, assemblies, devices, and systems to ensure they meet company quality standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow written procedures, and experience using precision measuring tools.

• Inspect and test components and assemblies using written procedures and drawings

• Verify parts and assemblies match BOMs, diagrams, and samples

• Check alignment and hardware installation on assemblies

• Approve or reject products based on quality standards

• Record inspection results in logs, forms, or databases

• Maintain controlled documents and test records

• Recommend quality improvements

• Follow all ESD, safety, and quality procedures

• Work with minimal supervision

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum 1 year of related experience or equivalent training

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures

• Must be able to use calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and read AutoCAD drawings for spec dimensions

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

• Ability to work with fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions

• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule-based instructions
