Warehouse Associate – Picking, Packing, Unloading, and Inventory

Location: West Chester, Ohio

Training is provided, and candidates with RF or Zebra scanner experience are encouraged to apply.

What You Will Do

Perform a mix of picking, packing, unloading, and inventory tasks as needed each day
Pick products from warehouse MODs, including frequent use of stairs
Pack products into boxes with care and accuracy
Unload boxes from trucks and place them onto pallets
Use RF or Zebra scanners to process inventory training available
Count products accurately and understand required quantities
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and work as part of a supportive team

What We Are Looking For

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently during an 8 to 10 hour shift
Ability to stand for the full shift while performing warehouse tasks
Ability to use stairs repeatedly throughout the shift
Ability to unload boxes from trucks and palletize product
Ability to count accurately and understand required quantities
Mandatory use of steel toed shoes while on the warehouse floor
Reliable, detail oriented, and comfortable in a fast paced environment

Shift Options and Pay

First Shift Hours: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM may extend to 6:30 PM Pay: 17.50 per hour

Second Shift Hours: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM may extend to 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM during peak season Pay: 18.00 per hour
