Work Schedule: At Client site 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday -Friday 3PL Site: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday -Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• The candidate must be able to deliver exceptional customer service at the client site and 3PL locations.
• Candidate will be expected to handle 1-3 customer accounts with occasional assistance on the forklift.
• Candidate must be able to safely operate Stand-Up/ Reach, Sit-Down and EPJ lifts.
• Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy repair documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
• Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using hand tools, power tools, or postage meter.
• Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or record keeping purposes.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in stand up reach & Sit-down
• Knowledge of proper forklift safety skills
• Customer Service Skills
• Strong communication
• Computer literate
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Attention to details
• Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse
• Team oriented, able to follow instructions
