Receiving Lead – Freight Handling (Mira Loma, CA)

Pay Rate: $23/hr Position Type: Long-term Temp

Schedule:

• Mon–Thurs: 4:00pm–2:30am + daily OT as needed

A local distributor in Mira Loma is seeking an experienced Receiving Lead to support the Receiving Department with manual loading and unloading of freight from containers. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on work, and the ability to guide teams toward daily operational goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct department walkthroughs to ensure operations meet client expectations

• Lead teams of 5–30 freight handlers

• Prioritize tasks, execute processes, and drive results to meet team goals

• Hand stack product and build pallets of merchandise

• Shrink wrap and label boxes

• Perform housekeeping duties as needed

• Load and unload freight manually from containers

• Must pass all pre-employment screenings

• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
