Schedule: 1st shift 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 
Overtime: Required as needed

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Material Handler with STAND UP/REACH FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE. To support warehouse operations. This role involves operating powered industrial trucks to move, load, unload, and stage materials, as well as performing hands-on material handling tasks such as labeling, shrink-wrapping, pallet breakdown, and inventory support. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Note: This position is not forklift-only; candidates must be comfortable performing manual labor duties in addition to forklift operation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts and other powered industrial trucks safely

• Load and unload materials from trucks and deliveries

• Transport materials to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks

• Manually apply labels, shrink-wrap pallets, and break down pallets

• Pick, stage, and move materials according to production schedules or shipping orders

• Stack goods in designated storage locations following inventory control procedures

• Ensure loads are secure and properly stacked

• Stack and organize empty pallets

• Perform daily equipment inspections, including battery charging and basic maintenance

• Examine products to verify quality and conformance to standards

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks as needed

• Ability to stand, bend, twist, lift, and move throughout the shift

• Must be physically capable of performing manual warehouse labor

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment

• Minimum 2 years of consistent forklift operating experience required

• Experience with picking, material handling, and inventory movement preferred

• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain)

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Reliable attendance and flexibility with schedule and overtime

• Shipping and receiving experience

• Inventory control knowledge

• Labeling and pallet handling

• Quality inspection experience
